Dates of Coverage: January 1, 2025 January 1, 2026 Candidate must have full-time availability Reason for Coverage: Expansion Practice Setting: Hospital-based pain management clinic Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (40 hours/week) Documentation System/EMR: Epic Supervision Model: ACT Care-Team model; anesthesiologists present at induction, emergence, and key intervals during cases Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 60 total Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Trauma Center Operating Room Staff: Collegial team environment Number of Operating Rooms: 25 Training or Experience Requirements: Level 1 trauma experience required; no new graduates Patient Age Demographics: Few pediatric cases; primarily adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients Required Procedures: General surgical cases (adult and pediatric), MRI, endoscopy, IR, EP lab, IV regional anesthesia, Spinal anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases, Ventilation management, Arterial and central line placement Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED Active MI license - REQUIRED Clean Background- REQUIRED BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRED $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
